Kathmandu : Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN) has elected Bishnu Hari Pandey as its new Chairman.
As per the vote count which concluded this morning, Pandey defeated his closest rival Saroj Kumar Basnet by 12 votes, according to ECAN’s outgoing Chair Prakash Pandey.
ECAN’s 12th Annual General Assembly (AGM) held on Saturday elected an 18 – member new working committee. Pandey garnered 177 votes while Basnet received 167 votes.
